Favorite Horse Video – “French and Saunders – Ponies”

This my favorite horse video by French and Sanders. Even though it’s a spoof, it illustrates how some horse lovers enjoy the journey rather than constantly pushing towards the end goal of blue ribbons. How many of us were like this as kids? Working and practicing, with lots of dreams and imagination, and maybe the “not so perfect build”… .Do you ever wish that your students would view riding with such determination and positive attitude? I love the horses in this video- they represent those good guy lesson horses who don’t exert themselves unless the human takes the lead. I watch this video when ever I want to chuckle a bit and have a reality check. It is definitely in my favorite horse video list.  Grab a cup of coffee, a latte, or a post of tea, sit back and relax while you take a minute (or 6) to watch it, you’ll love it too.
